Submitting the Harmony inquiry form requests information or a conversation about a possible performance tour. It does not create a reservation, hold space, or form a contract for travel. Any tour is confirmed only through Reynolds Travel booking documents, invoices, and supplier confirmations.
Reynolds Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, motorcoach companies, venues, tour operators, insurance companies, and other travel suppliers. Each booking is also subject to that supplier’s terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. Those supplier terms control if they conflict with these website Terms regarding the travel product itself.
Prices, availability, venues, and itineraries can change until a booking is confirmed and paid according to the supplier’s rules. You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates of birth, passport information, and other details required to plan the trip.
Deposits, final payments, change fees, and refunds are governed by the invoice, trip documents, and supplier rules provided at booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Reynolds Travel is not responsible for supplier delays, schedule changes, venue substitutions, or cancellations beyond our control.
Travelers and group organizers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements. We may provide general guidance, but it is your responsibility to confirm current requirements with the appropriate government authorities.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Reynolds Travel LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
